Shipping / Returns

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This notification will also contain your tracking detail.

We currently ship only to the United States using USPS or UPS. The delivery carrier, shipping costs and transit time will be calculated during checkout and will also be displayed in the confirmation email. Shipping cost is always based on weight and destination.

When you place an order for an item through the Site, the item(s) will be shipped to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address” during the check-out process. Items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs. Items that arrive to us damaged will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company for compensation for item(s) damaged during return shipping.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

All returns must be initiated by contacting us at returns@harmonysource.net . We will create a Return Authorization (RA) number that will accompany the returned item. HarmonySource will not be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Please note that returns can take 3-5 days to process upon deliver. Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in the refunded account depending on the financial institution.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at returns@harmonysource.net with your order number and photos of the item’s condition along with packaging it arrived in. We will not be responsible for the claim if the packaging is thrown away. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

In the event of missing items, we will send the item or issue a refund if that item is unavailable. Please carefully check the contents of the package. Please contact returns@harmonysource.net within 7 days of receiving the package about missing items.

If you receive incorrect items, we will ask for photos of the items received. We will then provide a return label for the incorrect items and will issue a refund upon return. Please contact returns@harmonysource.net within 7 days of receiving the incorrect items.
